Notices of these applications were issued to the proposed legal representatives of the respondent No.3, and all of them are served. None of the legal representatives have filed reply opposing the applications, though the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed reply.

After going through the averments made in all these applications, which remain uncontroverted so far as the proposed

1611wp1755.14.odt legal representatives of the respondent No.3 are concerned, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and bringing the legal representatives of the respondent No.3 on record. Hence, all these applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The civil applications are disposed of.
