Civil Application No.620 of 2015 is filed by the appellants/applicants for condonation of delay in filing the appeal on the ground that, due to administrative reasons, necessary directions are awaited from the competent Authority in respect of filing of appeal and hence, delay of 205 days has occurred. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional.

Learned Special Counsel for the respondent objects the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out. Considering the reasons stated in the application and in the larger interest of justice, delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the respondent within two weeks.

The appeal be registered.
