In view of the order dated 16.03.2022, the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation. Out of the said amount 50 % amount is withdrawn by respondent Nos. 1 and 2. As the appellant has deposited the entire amount compensation, there shall be stay to the effect and execution of the common Judgment and Award dated 05.04.2021 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Buldhana in M.A.C.P. Nos. 1 of 2015 & 06 of 2015 till pendency of this appeal. Accordingly, the stay application stands disposed of.
