DATE : February 26, 2019 The prayer is to condone the delay in filing Cross Objection. In the application, it is stated that though the first appeal was admitted on 11.07.2017, the amount of compensation, as enhanced, was deposited in the account of the applicant in December, 2017. On that count, the delay was caused in filing the Cross Objection. Considering the reasons which are found to be acceptable, the delay in filing Cross Objection stands condoned.
