Present application is by the applicants/appellants for seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount with accrued interest deposited by the respondents. The appeal is already disposed of. The application is supported by the copy of the power of attorney.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and appellant No.2, who is the power of attorney for all the appellants, is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest on behalf of all the appellants.

The amount be disbursed alongwith accrued interest to the appellant No.2 on due identification and verification. 4.

The appellant No.2 shall file an affidavit after withdrawal of the amount to the extent that he shall disburse the respective shares to all the appellants.

5.

The civil application is disposed of.
