On 26.09.2022, notice was issued to the petitioner for engagement of another Counsel. That notice has been duly served on the petitioner. On 10.11.2022, an opportunity was granted to the petitioner to appear, contest and prosecute the Writ Petition. Despite that, till today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the relief sought in the Writ Petition since challenge was raised to the written test conducted by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the year 2013 while undertaking recruitment.
