DATED : 01-04-2015 Shri M.A. Vaishnav, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to make representation to the respondent No.3-Chief Officer seeking redressal of his grievance. Shri F.T. Mirza, the learned Advocate for the respondent No.3 submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered according to law.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make the representation. The permission as prayed for granted with liberty. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
