Heard Shri R.S. Sundaram with U.R. Tanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. B.H. Dangre, learned GP for the applicant/ respondent Nos. 1 & 2. We find that as instructions though received, were tagged in connected matter, inadvertently the same could not be pointed out to this Court.

In this situation, we delete second unnumbered para on 1st page of the order dated 17.01.2017. The portion deleted reads :

"Learned A.G.P. in the absence of instructions, is not in a position to answer the question put." The order be corrected accordingly.

Civil Application is disposed of.
