The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that despite issuance of letter, the appellants have not contacted him. Accordingly, he seeks discharge from appearance.

2] On the strength of submission made by the learned Counsel for the appellants, he stands discharged. 3] It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal and, therefore, they are not responding to the letter of the learned Counsel. 4] The appeal is, therefore, dismissed under Order XLI Rule 17 read with Order XLII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

5] Copy of order be served upon the appellants for taking necessary steps, if so desired.
