Heard Advocate Mr.Band for the applicant, learned APP for respondent no.1 and Mr.Sharma, Adv. for respondent no.2. Advocate Band and Adv. Sharma submit that misunderstanding between respondent no.2 and applicant has been cleared and matter is amicably settled between them. Advocate Sharma informs that respondent no.2 has recently delivered a child and therefore she is unable to appear in-person. However, her husband Shri Ranjit Fulzele is present. Similarly, applicant Govindrao is also present. Both of them state that the matter is amicably settled. As the dispute is purely of a private nature and there is no public law element is found, we quash and set aside Special Atrocity Case No.41 of 2014 and C.R.No.263 of 2014 registered at Butibori Police Station, Nagpur.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
