Effort is to demonstrate that when for valid reason, petitioner complained against the Investigating Officer, he has been implicated in a false case.

Rival contentions in this respect give rise to some serious disputed questions of facts, which cannot be answered without proper trial. We also find that the petitioner has got previous police history and

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. Hence, keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
