By this application, the modification of the order dated 12.12.2018 whereby status quo has been granted, is sought and along with that further reliefs such as grant of stay to the effect and operation of the order dated 12.12.2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Education, implementation of the order dated 08.08.2018 passed by the Education Officer and payment of regular salary to the petitioner are also sought.

All these reliefs, to the extent the impugned order and action are prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner, are already encompassed in the order of Kavita
