Criminal Application (APPR) No.37/2019:

Heard Shri Joshi, Advocate for the applicant. Applicant-accused not paid any fine amount before the trial Court. Hence, applicant-accused is directed to deposit 50% fine amount before the trial Court within a period of three months. Applicant on that condition applicant/accused be released on execution of fresh bail bond before the trial Court as per the order of bail granted by the trial Court while releasing on bail if the applicant fail to deposit 50% fine amount before the trial Court within three months. The bail granted to him stand automatically cancelled.

Criminal Revision Application No.22/2019:

Issue notice, returnable on 26.02.2019.
