As per the office note issued to the respondent-sole is received back unserved, as noticee was not found at the given address and the door of the noticee's house was locked.

It is further informed to the bailiff by the neighbors that the noticee is not residing on the same address, but he is residing at Pune. Now, the applicant has filed an application to serve the respondents by various modes. 4.

Considering the bailiff's report, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent on his official address. Civil Application (CAO) No. 182/2023 is disposed of.

By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking correction in the order dated 11/01/2023. While passing the order on 11/01/2023, this Court has observed that non-applicant has also not made any provision for her maintenance and she has source of income in stead of which, it is should be mentioned that "non-applicant has also not made any provision for her maintenance and she is in private service".

Accordingly, the correction be made and corrected copy be uploaded afresh.

Civil application No. 181/2023 is disposed of. Stand over after two weeks.
