I have gone through the record. Considering the judgment and evidence, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount deposited by the appellant on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The amount be deposited in the accounts of respective claimants.
