This is an application made by respondent Nos.3 to 5 for withdrawal of 75 % compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the - respondent Nos.3 to 5 are allowed to withdraw 75 % of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that they will return the amount in case the appeal is decided against them alongwith interest at the rate that

The Civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
