By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 129 days in filing the review application. Though the notice was issued by an order dated 20-2-2015 and though the notice was served, none appeared. On earlier date i.e. on 17-4-2015, in view of the submissions of learned counsel Shri Jetha, this Court passed an order of ad-interim stay by observing that to give one more opportunity to the non-applicant to contest the application, time was granted. In spite of grant of sufficient opportunities, none appears for the nonapplicant. .....2/-
