DATED : 09/02/2023 By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused for restoration of Misc. Civil Application.
As per the contention of the applicant, she filed transfer application for transferring the matrimonial proceedings. However, office objections were raised which are inadvertently not noted by the learned counsel for the applicant, therefore there is delay of 30 days in filing the restoration application.
The learned counsel for the applicant was suffering from throat infection and viral fever is also one of the reason for non removing the office objection. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 30 days is condoned, subject to the costs of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred).
(2) 63.cao.173.2023 The cost be paid to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur.
Civil Application is disposed of.
MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO.2660 OF 2023 On removing all the office objections within one week, Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.19095 of 2022 be restored at its original stage.
