Heard Shri Samundre, Advocate for the applicant.

He has submitted that applicant is falsely involved in the crime. He was not arrested on the spot of incident. The accused were released on bail by the trial court. Therefore, prayed to grant bail.

Ms. Udeshi, learned APP has strongly objected the application.

From the perusal of FIR it appears that as per the direction of the applicant other accused were carrying liquor on the scooter belonging to the present applicant. The total value of liquor is Rs.1,40,000/-. The applicant is involved in such type of offences. Criminal background shows that he is doing the business of illicit country liquor in a Chandrapur District where the complete ban of liquor by the Government of Maharashtra. Hence, the applicant is not
