By correspondence dated 01/01/2025, learned District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge Akola sought a year to dispose of Sessions Case No.55/2023.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and that the matter is of 2023, we deem it appropriate to grant the learned District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge Akola the time sought.

In view of the same, one year is granted to the District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge Akola to dispose of the Sessions Case No.55/2023.
