The advocate for the appellant has submitted that the cheque for the entire amount of compensation, as awarded by the reference Court, is ready and it can be deposited within a week.

The appellant is granted time till 27th March, 2018 to deposit the amount or the cheque.

The learned advocate for the appellant, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 and the learned A.G.P. jointly request to place the matter before National Lok Adalat scheduled on 14th April, 2018.

The authorized representatives of the appellant and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the respondent No.1 (claimant) shall attend the National Lok Adalat at Nagpur on 14th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
