The Petitioners have submitted an application for affiliation on 28th July 2021. The petition is filed for a direction to decide the representation made by the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Respondent points out that it is not an usual application for affiliation, but the representation itself shows that there are various particulars that needs to be examined. The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that, as is done in every representation of this kind, a particular method is followed and decisions are communicated and, therefore, a similar method will be followed in the case of the Petitioners.

20.wp.887.22 2 / 2 03] In view of this position, we do not find that the delay on the part of the Respondent can be termed as failure of their statutory duty, to issue a writ of mandamus.

04] The representation of the Petitioners will be processed and decided as per law within the time frame as is done in all other cases.
