Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has put in 13 years of service and failure to submit the validity has caused the termination. The petitioner has claimed that he is entitled for accomodation on supernumerary post in terms of the Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019.

In the aforesaid background, we permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.1-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, on 21.07.2025.

The Chief Executive Officer shall deal with the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter in the light of the policy of the Government, viz. Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
