The petitioner is convicted and sentenced to undergo maximum imprisonment for 7 years. The petitioner has applied for pre-mature release on account of Government Notification dated 10.01.2006, since he has completed 65 years of age, as well as he is old and infirm. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application dated 14.12.2022 for pre-mature release has not been decided as yet.

Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the application of petitioner is decided and it has been rejected today i.e. 14.03.2023. The Authority is directed to make available copy of the said order to the petitioner within a period of three days from today.
