Heard Shri Kadu, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the grounds mentioned in the application and more particularly, ground no. 2 which deals in a communication gap between the clerk of the counsel and the counsel.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Misc. Civil Application St. No. 2921 of 2016 Shri Kadu, learned counsel submits that as there were certain office objections, the application seeking review filed by the applicant was dismissed. .....2/-

2 cao303.16.odt It is submitted that the office objections were already removed and due to inadvertence, the office could not check removal of the office objections.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed subject to satisfying the office. On satisfaction of the office, restore the Misc. Civil Application St. No. 21156/2015 to its file.
