: 06 MAY, 2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not given opportunity to remove lacunae.
On 06/4/2015 as learned A.G.P. was awaiting instructions, only to save time, we issued mandatory orders and accordingly the petitioner appeared before respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer, Daryapur on 13/4/2015. Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes statement that all lacunae pointed out by respondent No.2 have been removed on 02/5/2015.
Learned A.G.P. submits that as per telephonic instructions from the office of respondent No.2, the petitioner has been directed to submit application to Setu Center. Advocate Shri Kalmegh states that the application has been submitted on 02/5/2015 itself.
In this situation, it is apparent that respondent No.2-S.D.O. has to consider entitlement of the petitioner afresh and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from today. With these directions, we partly allow this petition and disposed of as such. No costs.
