The application is moved by the respondent who is widow and a senor citizen for grant of early date of hearing. It is stated that the respondent is undergoing medical treatment on account of various ailments and desires that the appeal be heard expeditiously. Taking into consideration the fact that the respondent is a senior citizen, the application is allowed. Second appeal is directed to be listed in the week commencing 6th April, 2015. Civil application is disposed of.

In view of this order Civil Application No. 734/2014 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
