Director of Higher Education. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : MAY 03, 2017.

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of interim order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1079 of 2014 on 9th October, 2015 the petitioner is not paid salary in the pay scale. After notice came to be issued, the respondent No.1 filed an affidavit and there appeared to be some dispute about calculations. Finally, the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division has ascertained the amount for which the petitioner is entitled as per the order and it is not disputed by the petitioner that the amount is paid to him.

In these facts, in my view, the proceedings are not required to be continued further and the show cause notice issued to the respondents is discharged.

2 cp53.16 The contempt petition is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
