Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The writ petition is considered only with regard to prayer clause (iii) which seeks direction to respondent No.4 to decide the revision petition that has been preferred by the petitioners before the respondent No.4 for challenging the order dated 03/05/2019 passed by the Collector.

In these facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to decide the revision petition preferred by the petitioners within a period of three months which would be by 15/07/2023. Seven days prior notice shall be given to the parties by the respondent No.4 to enable them to attend the proceedings in revision petition.

The revision petition shall be decided on its own merits. 5.

The interim order passed on 17/02/2023 is continued for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps in the matter.
