The appeal under question has been dismissed for not filing paper-book. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the award passed by the Reference Court falls within the policy formulated by the appellant body and, therefore, disposal of appeal on merit may not be necessary.

2] Respondent nos. 1 and 2 - original claimants are seeking to withdraw the balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued thereon.

3] For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for.
