MCA (St) No. 25561/16 : Prayer is to restore the First Appeal as its registration is refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Services, Sub-committee at Nagpur within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks.
If aforesaid directions are not complied with, earlier order refusing registration shall revive. Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
