The respondent nos.1 and 2 are present in the Court. Shri A.C. Dharmadhikari, counsel for the petitioner. Shri Vikram P. Marpakwar, counsel for the R-1 & 2. Shri Ambarish Joshi, A.G.P. for the R-3.

CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND PRASANNA B. VARALE, JJ.

DATE : DECEMBER 15 , 2015.

The learned counsel for the parties have tendered an application for the disposal of the writ petition on the basis of the terms mentioned in the application, in the Court today. The same is accepted on record.

It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner-Employee and the respondent nos.1 and 2 and, therefore, the respondent nos.1 and 2 had not sent the salary bills of the petitioner to the respondent no.3-Education Officer for disbursement of the salary in favour of the petitioner. In this background, the petition was filed.

However, the petitioner and the respondent nos.1 and 2 have settled the matter in terms of the terms that are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application. They appear to be just and reasonable.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition in terms of the terms and conditions stated in the paragraph 2 of the application. No order as to costs.
