In view of the order of this Court dated 03.09.2019, this application praying for stay to the effect, operation and implementation of order dated 20.11.2017 passsed by Family Court No. 1, Nagpur in Petition No. C-90 of 2014 and stay to the execution proceeding pending before the Family Court No.1 vide R.D. No. 25 of 2016, till the decision of this appeal does not survive and hence stands disposed of. Family Court to proceed with the execution proceedings.
