Vide order dated 12-10-2017, there was an order to pay interim compensation on account of '

no fault liability'

. But when this appeal is pending, the Claims Tribunal has decided the matter finally. The Insurance company has also filed a substantive appeal against that judgment. In view of that, this appeal does not survive. Hence the same is dismissed as infructuous. 3.

The appellant is at liberty to agitate the grounds taken in this appeal in that substantive appeal.
