DATED : APRIL 5, 2017 This is an application for condonation of 38 days' delay caused in preferring revision against the judgment dated 29/9/2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Washim whereby respondent nos.1 and 3 came to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code while respondent no.2 was acquitted.

For the grounds mentioned in para 3 of the criminal application, there appears no intentional delay caused in preferring the revision. In that view of the matter, though learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 has opposed the criminal application contending that no case is made out for condonation of delay, the criminal application is allowed in the interest of justice and stands disposed of by condoning the delay of 38 days.
