The contention is that before the death of original applicant/appellant Narayandas Govindramji Jajodiya, he bequeathed his property to appellant No.2 Ramgopal Narayandasji Jajodiya and his wife. Therefore, the names of other legal heirs as appellants be deleted and the name of wife of the appellant No.2 be added as an appellant. 3.

Both the applications are disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION (S) NO.111 OF 2016.
