This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited before the Executing Court by the petitioner. I am of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the liberty is granted to the applicant to move an application with a similar prayer before the executing court.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to make a similar prayer by moving application which the executing court shall decide on its merit as per law.
