Heard Mr. Abhijit Parihar, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. M.A. Kadu, learned AGP for nonapplicant No.2/ State. Though some necessary details are lacking in the application, considering the facts of the case and the fact that the application is not opposed by the Non-applicants, inasmuch as reply is not filed, the delay in filing the first appeal is condoned.

However, the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.Five Hundred each to non-applicant No.1 and learned AGP and produce receipt on record of the appeal till 27th March, 2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
