O R D E R

(Passed on 11th December, 2021) The parties have arrived at settlement and have filed terms of compromise as per Form N. The respondents/claimants shall be entitled to the entire compensation granted by the Tribunal along with 6.5% p.a. interest from 26.08.2003 till the realization of the amount. The balance part of the interest amount i.e. 2.5% p.a. shall be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Court fees as per rules be refunded.
