This is an application filed on behalf of the applicants to prosecute the appeal as indigent persons.

On 7.3.2018, this Court called report from non-applicant No.2/Collector, Nanded in that behalf.

Today, when the matter is called out, learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri A.M. Balpande for non-applicant No.2/Collector invited my attention to Pursis filed on behalf of the Government Pleader's Office vide Pursis St.No.10202/2018 along with documents annexed thereto including the report of the Collector. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Balpande submitted that as per the report of the Collector, Nanded, no movable or immovable property exists in the names of the present applicants. He submitted that since the applicants are not possessing and not having any movable or immovable property, the present application can be considered favourably. The said is also the submission of learned counsel Shri N.P. Lambat for non-applicant No.1/Union of India. 4.

In view of above, the present application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to prosecute the appeal as indigent persons. 5.

Office is directed to register the first appeal and the said be .....2/-

mca245.18 27 placed after two weeks.
