The learned Assistant Government Pleader is placing reliance upon the Government Resolution dated 04/05/2020 to justify actions of decision upon the application. The Government Resolution dated 04/05/2020, is in relation to ban on account of Covid - 19, which is no longer in existence and therefore would not create any impediment in deciding the application for permission.
