DATE : June 03, 2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in Complaint ULP No.43/2000 the Industrial Court had granted the relief of benefits under the 5th Pay Commission to the applicant herein. That relief was directed to operate from 01/01/1996. However, in the light of the judgment in Writ Petition No.1709/2015 the applicant would get monetary benefits from a subsequent date as a result of which the applicant would be deprived of the adjudication in Complaint ULP No.43/2000.

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the application for review, returnable on 24/06/2019. Ms A. R. Kulkarni, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the non-applicant No.1.
