DATED : 25-04-2017 After hearing this matter for sometime, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, in case there is a delay in conclusion of the trial. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

It is directed especially in view of the order passed by the trial Court on 18-07-2016 below Exhibit No.5, the trial of the sessions case against the applicant and others shall be concluded within three months from the date of the order, unless, it is not possible to do so for the reasons beyond control of the trial Court and in that case the trial Court may seek extension of time.
