The application for bringing the legal representatives of the petitioner on record is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within one week. Writ Petition NO.3738/2019 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that an Award dated 30th July, 1998 was passed under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 ("Act of 1894" for short) thereby awarding compensation which was objected by the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner made a Reference under Section 18 of the Act of 1894 to the respondent no.2 and claims that the said reference was forwarded to the learned Civil Court for further action.

It appears that the respondent no.4 intends to file reply within a period of one week from today. Let the reply be filed by 7th April, 2025. 4.
