The following corrections to be made in the original judgment dated 15.12.2023.

(i) Writ Petition No.5857/2022 in the cause title of the judgment shall be replaced with Writ Petition No.5857/2023. (ii) The date 05/07/2023 mentioned in para nos. 1 and 7(a) shall be replaced with the date 30/05/2023.

(iii) Further the caste certificate date 23.08.2022 mentioned in last line of paragraph no.1 shall be replaced with the date 23.09.2022. 3.

The judgment be corrected accordingly and its copy be uploaded thereafter.

The civil application stands disposed of.
