1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this civil application is filed for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 10.6.2016 delivered in Writ Petition No.3100/2015. It is submitted that the Municipal Council, Bramhapuri issued a letter dated 15.5.2019 informing the petitioner about the mistake in the survey number mentioned in paragraph 2 of the said judgment. Survey No.404/1K is erroneously typed as Survey No.404/K.

2] The learned Advocate for the respondents submitted that the Municipal Council has noticed the defect and hence an appropriate order be passed.

2 ca400.2020 3] In view of the above, this application is allowed. Paragraph No.2 of the judgment dated 10.6.2016, in which Survey No.404/K is mentioned shall be corrected and shall read as Survey No.404/1K. 4] The corrected copy be uploaded.
