This is an application for seeking permission to withdraw the Vakalatnama, which was filed by Shri A.A. Naik on behalf of respondent no.3.

(2) The application is moved under affidavit of Shri Akshay Anil Naik stating therein that the respondent no.3 took record from him for engagement of another counsel. Thereafter, Shri Naik, learned counsel sent a registered notice to the respondent no.3 on 22.01.2020, which is duly served upon him.

(3) In that view of the matter, Shri A.A. Naik, learned counsel is discharged from the proceedings.
