DATED : 13/08/2024 Learned Counsel for petitioners seeks permission to discharge on the count that the petitioners are not in contact with the Counsel. Necessary communication has been made.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition and therefore is not in contact with his Counsel. The application is accordingly allowed. Learned Counsel Shri H.D. Dangre, is discharged.

As stated earlier, the petitioners are not giving instructions to their Counsel nor have they engaged another Counsel, despite receiving communication from the Advocate informing his intention to seek discharge. The petitioners thus are not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is dismissed as not prosecuted.

The copy of order be served on petitioners for taking appropriate steps, if so desired.
