Considering the reasons stated in the application and the facts of the case, I am of the view that the respondents 1 to 5 can be permitted to withdraw the amount kept in fixed deposit, along with
2 caf436.15 interest which is accrued on it. The amount shall be given to the respondents 1 to 5 as per the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
