This is an application filed for substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).

This Court issued notices on 10.01.2024 and accordingly, the notices are served upon all the respondents except respondent No. 7; 2 who is one of the partner of the M/s R.N. Group. It is stated in the application that, the said respondents neither appeared before the learned trial Court nor his whereabouts are known to any one including his relative and the notices issued through this Court came back with a remark that the addressee is left.

Thus, the petitioner does not know the whereabout of respondent 7.2. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.
